Challenge #3How You Talk To Yourself Matters

  • Get out your journal & carry it with you ~ Write down the thoughts that go through your head throughout the day. Again, observe them rather than judge them. (& write that thought down if it comes up too!)
  • Take note of when you vocalize these thoughts. Who is around & listening?
  • Ask yourself, "Would I say to my bestie the same thing I just said to myself?"
