One of our RealFitters, Jennifer from Colorado, asked me a fantastic question about whether there was a step-by-step formula for building strength so she could move furniture herself & do more on her own. I relate to this because when I had my own apartment, I was always moving my furniture around & I didn't want to wait for help if I was inspired. I wanted to be able to do it myself.
