These things effect your workout & your decision on whether you are pushing through no matter what or you are skipping the workout that day.
Tracking your progress is a powerful way to focus on all the good that is happening, rather than being “perfect” every single workout. This helps build your self-compassion.
Cardio & Yoga Focused Workouts to Do In Between
In order to see & feel the biggest difference week to week, you’ll want to space out the 3 strength workouts & do some cardio workouts or Yoga in between.
Cardio includes kickboxing, certain HIIT workouts, step, & spin (or “ride” as we call it).
Yoga is an excellent choice on the days you feel tight & need a bit of a break.
There are oodles of workouts to choose from. You can easily choose a different one every time & never repeat throughout your 9 weeks!
