Todoist is a free to-do list app that I started using about 6 months ago. The biggest impact it has had on my life is that it frees up mental clutter & has given me more energy to do the things I really want to do. I can create reoccurring tasks, I can schedule tasks out ahead of time, I can assign a time to the task. I decided to upgrade to the business version, so I can also assign tasks to my team members with deadlines. There are other apps that do this as well, so you might want to try a few first to see which one works best for you, but I assure you, if you use a reliable method to get the clutter out of your head, you will start to feel 10x's lighter! Heck, you can even schedule your workouts. That's what I do - especially on my lifting days!
