Hormones Balance

My colleague and friend, Magdalena Wszelaki who is a hormone expert, chef and author, just published an awesome cookbook called Cooking for Hormone Balance.

You may recognize her name from a few years back when I talked about working with her to rebalance my hormones after 15 years on the depo provera birth control shot that left my hormones wacked the F OUT.

What I love about Magdalena’s approach is that she uses everyday food to help women with thyroid, Hashimoto’s, menopause, adrenal fatigue, PCOS and estrogen dominance (fibroids, endometriosis, fibrocystic breasts) - to find their hormonal balance, naturally. (like she did for me!)

If you have been struggling with:

  • Unexplained weight gain (even though you eat well and exercise)
  • Stubborn belly fat (no matter what you try)
  • Hot flashes and night sweats (and having to change the sheets)
  • Fatigue (you need 2 cups of coffee to start the day)
  • Depression and anxiety (for no good reason)
  • Hair loss (out of the sudden)
  • Sagging skin (even though you exercise and eat well)
  • PMS (when you just want to hide)
  • Irregular period (they just show up as they like)

…. then, Magdalena’s first chapter of Cooking for Hormone Balance, the 6 recipes and videos will help.

Here is what the 1st Chapter Bundle contains:

  • 1st chapter of the book {The ABCs of Hormones)
  • 6 recipes (everyone’s favorites are the dairy-free cheesecakes called “Melties”)
  • 6 videos of these recipes (so much easier to learn by watching, right?)

Here’s a glance at some of the delicious recipes you will get:

  • Farmer’s Wife’s Breakfast
  • Honey Glazed Tarragon Chicken
  • Grain-Free Pizza - Two Ways
  • Red Velvet Grain-Free Brownies
  • Raspberry and Green Tea Lime Melties

You can get them right here.

May it help you as much as it has helped me.

What’s even cooler is all the recipes are in the Cooking for Hormone Balance Book Bundle are free of gluten, dairy, corn, soy, eggs and nightshade vegetables.
