I am heading out to Vegas for a business conference called "Be The Change" which I happen to think is brilliant name for an event because that is one of my favorite quotes of all time: "Be the change you want to see in the world." by Mahatma Ghandi. Anyway, I hired a business coach back in January and it's just what I needed. Every so often we each need a swift kick in the hiney and more often than not, that has to come from someone who can look at your situation - whether that's health, fitness, nutrition, career, relationships, etc - and be honest about what's going on. So, I hire business coaches once or twice a year to keep me out of my own way & moving forward. I cannot impress upon you enough how important it is to do for yourself if you want to get the most out of your life an accelerate your results in any given area of your life. I do it - because even coaches need coaches.
