& instead, if you focus on freedom FIRST, only then you will have the greatest control.

I do these calls every month because if it were just about the workouts, or just about the food, you wouldn’t be reading this right now. You know there is more to it than that. The truth is MINDSET is #1. Mindset dictates behaviors & actions.
