Here's tip #3 out of 3. Stop wasting money on gimmicky equipment & start investing your money in YOU. In your body & learning how to better use what you were born with! Yes, props like fitness balls, trx, step, bosu, etc can make it more interesting, but only after you start with some basics. In fact, relying on equipment too much can hinder your balance, core strength & stability. Good 'ol gravity baby. That does the trick every time.
