I have to admit, running a fitness facility (all the the phases I've gone through from being a gym to a personal training studio) has been one of THE WORST things I've done for my health. Today's video is sharing a bit about some tough decisions I've made recently, but more importantly, to inspire you to let you of one or two things in your life so you can let in more fun, happiness, opportunity and positive flow. It's no surprise that when we are burdened with the weight of the world on our shoulders that it can show up as extra weight on our bodies. Maybe it's time to take a good, hard look at how it's serving you? Are you sacrificing more than what you are getting in return?
