I was seeking a more organized way to food shop so I could outsource my food shopping if necessary.

So, I came up with 2 tools that I use on a weekly basis that keep me organized (forcing me to take inventory of my cabinets before I stock up my cart) and help me stay within my food budget and choose smart foods that keep me on track to a healthier me.

I food shop once on the weekend, as well as prep my food for the week every Sunday and this is how I stay organized to do it.
