One of my favorite planning tools is a wall calendar. Have you ever used one before? I HIGHLY suggest getting it up for the new year. A fitness plan for 2013 seems attainable & doable when you can lay it all out with this great visual. Plan out events, holidays & vacations so you can get your body ready in plenty of time. With 2013 around the corner, it's great to have the new year at a glance on the wall to keep you from feeling overwhelmed, scattered and chaotic.
