RealResults Mind/Body Mini-Series is a weekly series of videos surrounding Fitness, Nutrition, Lifestyle, and most importantly, Mindset. Who is RealResults for?
RealResults was designed primarily for the woman who has had enough of the bullshit in the health and fitness world, yet feels a bit trapped with all the cardio & calorie counting required to maintain or achieve the body she wants. RealResults is a monthly system for women who want just-press-play workouts to do at home that keep the boredom at bay. Every single week you get 1 or 2 new workouts in a variety of categories so you are sure to stay motivated & inspired to do what’s best for your body.
Who is RealResults NOT for?
The RealResults program is NOT for women who are looking for the next diet program & for me to tell them what to eat & what not to eat. It is NOT for women who have a hard time staying motivated & haven’t worked out in months or even years.
What do I get with the RealResults Program?
You’ll receive a new workout video to stream every single week. Each category currently has over 50 videos, so you have plenty to keep from getting bored.

What equipment is used for the workout programs?
- RealFit Ride: Spin bike, dumbbells if you choose the “spinterval” option where I incorporate weight training off the bike.
- RealFit Yoga: Yoga mat
- RealFit Kick & Box: Just your body. But if you have a heavy bag, great - We do “box it or bag it” workouts that give you the option to use it if you’ve got it.
- RealFit Strength: Dumbbells & a mat. There are some TRX workouts too - I take requests & sometimes we use a step or bosu (but I give options to do without)
- RealFit HIIT: Mostly body weight, but sometimes I use similar equipment to strength workouts above.
- RealFit Step: Step (with risers) & a mat, sometimes dumbbells.
RealFit Strength Programs to Follow (these are 6-12-week programs our members LOVE!): Dumbbells or Barbells, a step with risers or a bosu.
There is a lot of flexibility (in more than one way) in RealResults workouts because I help show you that your body is your machine & you can be incredibly resourceful using what you’ve got!
Can you tell me more about the workout programs to follow?
Absolutely. There are 6 complete strength workouts to follow within the member’s area. These were designed for you to refine your training and give you structure with following 2 to 3 particular workouts that come with a tracker for you to print & follow along to show your progress week after week. Each move I coach you through will build upon the last, regardless of the program you choose. (hint: there is no wrong program to start with - they ALL work!) I help you build a foundation of proper form & how to discover that with your own body. Rome was not built in a day, so there’s no need to expect that you will get it ALL correct, right off the bat. That is why this program is month-to-month. It’s a journey & an on-going learning process. Rest assured that each & every workout is designed by ME based on the core fundamentals of getting women in their 30’s, 40’s & 50’s the very best results during their workout time & beyond. I’m just like you, remember? I want the same things you do. 🙂
Do you explain how much weight to use, how long to rest between exercises, and how to correctly perform the workouts?
Yes! There will be no guesswork for you to do. All you do is cue up a video & hit play. Most workouts are interval based, which means I use a timer & we perform as many reps as possible before the timer goes off. There is no competition & you can hit pause on the video or get a drink anytime you need to. You’ll see the girls in the video do the same. Those girls - Lara (in her 20’s), Teresa (in her 60’s), Eileen & Barbara (in their 50’s) & Nicole (in her 40’s like me), will soon become your workout buddies and are there to teach you it’s alllll good!
How long do the workouts take?
The workouts range from 20 to 60 minutes & are available at various lengths in every single category. This program is designed to fit into how you are feeling that day OR how much time you have. One of the most powerful things you will learn as a RealFitter is to take charge of your workout time - you can take any video & add an extra round beyond what I give you, or skip ahead & go directly to the stretch. This is YOUR life. It’s time you get what YOU need. Workouts will soon become your fuel & you’ll grow to appreciate them not as a way to “earn your calories” but as a way to add joy & fulfillment to your life.
Question: How many workouts per week does the program call for?
Many women who enter the program are doing 6 or 7 days a week, most of which is cardio. As we work together, you will begin to pull together a schedule that is best for you, your body, your goals & your lifestyle, which I found to be about 3-4 days a week for myself. I never thought that was possible. I had such a fear of gaining weight. I’m here to tell you it IS possible & rest days might just be one of the best things you’ll ever learn about your magic workout formula!
Question: What results can I expect to achieve?
The main goal is to discover the awesome things your body can do, and progressively do over time. The objective is to have fun, get stronger, and improve how you feel about yourself. Yes, you'll likely lose fat and build muscle, but those benefits are side effects from becoming a more awesome you.
Question: What if I have questions along the way?
No problem! You’ll have access to the Private Facebook group exclusively for those going through the RealResults program. You’ll also be able to post right under any of the videos. I get those comments & I reply to them myself.
Question: What if the workouts suck or I decide that you’re too annoying to listen to all the time?
No problem. You can cancel at any time. And, you can get a 100% refund up to 30 days after purchase if you are not a happy RealFitter. After all, not everyone can handle my training style.
Question: Do you have any promotional discounts?

" I LOVE the variety of workouts with NEW content as well as a focus on the whole person and not just a number on a scale. Plus I can do them from my own home at my own pace and around my schedule. I found RealFit.tv about 4 months after my 3rd pregnancy.
