To be honest, this is what i’m doing since 3/4 weeks ago, and i got a big scare yesterday when i checked my weight…. i put on more than 2 kilos!!!!!!!! Do you think it could be due to the fact i have more muscles?
I practice regularly indoor cycling (twice a week)/ kickboxing (twice a week) and running (once a week); Plus, i’m vegetarian ( i eat fish eggs and milk though..), i’ve stopped eating bread, and no more fatty food. I have about 6 kilos to shed only..
