If you know me, you also know I REALLY dislike the treadmill. However, I realize it's a go-to workout for many people who are just getting started in fitness or are easing back into things after some time off. It's also a good alternative for some people who can't get outside to walk or run in yucky weather. So, here are my tips so you can take a 60 minute workout & cut it in HALF with way more benefits!

The spin bike workouts are thee best for treadmill, for me anyway. I use high knees when you do jumps. I also have never done 60 minutes on the treadmill. I play with incline and speed, and use 3 lb weights when I’m walking or running or climbing.
