Hey 5kers, 10kers, Tough Mudder-ers, marathoners… just a warning, You might not like what I have to say in this one. Truth be told, I'm just trying to help you get to the root of why you do what you do and help you understand that there are 3 basic reasons for doing these races. And if "weight loss" is one of them, I wouldn't recommend it. So, ask yourself: "Why am I signing up for that race?" Why do you keep training when it is clearly taking away from your health & fitness, NOT adding to it? Tune in & ask yourself these things, then answer them honestly. That will be your quickest path to weight loss, better health & increased longevity & vitality.

Last year i started working out with you in hopes to tame some hormonal changes (hot flashes) and of course firm up. I felt way to young (43) to be experiencing peri menopause and figured i better start making some life long changes. Can you create a tidbit video about HIIT work outs promoting HGH production and weight baring exercise to prevent bone loss. I have read a few articles, but would like more detail. I do believe this has stop my awful sweaty nights. Thanks for all you do! Bettina
