Hey 5kers, 10kers, Tough Mudder-ers, marathoners… just a warning, You might not like what I have to say in this one. Truth be told, I'm just trying to help you get to the root of why you do what you do and help you understand that there are 3 basic reasons for doing these races. And if "weight loss" is one of them, I wouldn't recommend it. So, ask yourself: "Why am I signing up for that race?" Why do you keep training when it is clearly taking away from your health & fitness, NOT adding to it? Tune in & ask yourself these things, then answer them honestly. That will be your quickest path to weight loss, better health & increased longevity & vitality.
