In today's workout, we practice balance skills for the total package! Why work on balance? Because with balance comes total body strength, power & confidence. Balance activates the tiny muscles that get left out when we are in a standing position or seated. Besides, balance work also means more effective core work & that's always a good thing.

Tomorrow, take a rest day, go for a walk, do yoga or a cardio session before you cue up workout #3.

Workout # 3 is a bonus for the week. If you get to it, high five! If you don't, high five! Do what you can & be GOOD WITH THAT!!!
