Had to drop the bicep mid-range curl weight down a bit on the second round – I was feeling it too much in my shoulders and not my biceps. Felt better after that – was able to concentrate the effort where it was supposed to be. The comments on Facebook about the tricep overhead lunge was very helpful – I was also feeling it in my lower back and then I remembered your video to instruct that move better and corrected my form.
