Connecting with your breathe is one of the most powerful ways for you to BE the total package! It keeps you focused on the present and gives you more energy when you might otherwise give out or give up. Learning how to breath is a foundation that you can carry into all of your other workouts. It's how to BE a better body. Healthy, present, full & alive.
Tomorrow, take a rest day, go for a walk, do yoga or a cardio session before you cue up workout #1 for the start of the next week.
