Dana, I Love your workouts and particularly the programs. I just finished the 10 week challenge which I never grew bored with because I find the exercises fun and I always welcome the challenge. So, this program comes with Perfect Timing. Working out is a lifestyle for me. I have been a member of a gym since I was 18, I will be 47 next month. Over a year ago I quit the gym to workout at home and shortly after that I found you. I haven’t looked back since. You are a blessing. I am in the best shape of my life, my body has changed and its simply by working out with you consistently 5-6 times a week. Thank You for All that You do. I love your ladies too! Your workouts are my answered prayer. 🙂

Lisa, Lisa, Lisa…. HIGH FIVE!!! One workout program complete… now, onto this new challenge. I’m psyched for you to keep this going. I love how you found working out at home even MORE effective than the gym. YEAH! That’s what I’m talkin’ about! Way to go sista. xo
Great workout….a definite challenge. I aim to get better at the tricep dips and the star bursts. I hope to be like Lisa and do the workouts consistently as well as getting my eating habits under control. Love the workout and look forward to workout #2. Thanks Dana for all your kick butt workouts.
Awesome workout! Week 4 for me and I was able to do 1 more rep than last week on most of the exercises! I am fully committed to sticking with this for the 12 weeks. Thanks Dana for the encouragement too.

This is second week into this challenge and already see increase in reps, weights…even the cardio parts are a little better 🙂
