I just finished the 10 week challenge which I never grew bored with because I find the exercises fun and I always welcome the challenge. So, this program comes with Perfect Timing. Working out is a lifestyle for me. I have been a member of a gym since I was 18, I will be 47 next month. Over a year ago I quit the gym to workout at home and shortly after that I found you. I haven’t looked back since. You are a blessing. I am in the best shape of my life, my body has changed and its simply by working out with you consistently 5-6 times a week.
