2nd time doing this weight training in 2 weeks… Added more weight on Chest, Back and Tris, burned 60 more calories and max heart rate went up by 5! Woo hoo!

Awesome Eileen! Progression can also come with familiarity. When you are mentally prepared for what’s ahead, you’ll be surprisingly ready to handle more. Nice job!
Loved the roller coasters! I’ve had 5 c-sections and 3 other abdominal surgeries. Its a challenge for me to do a lot of abs on the floor. This was a great adaptation 🙂
