Is the video on EMG different from the videos on RealStart?
Hi Ana! The videos I am doing for EMG are unique to EMG – they are pay-per-view. So, no – they are not in the RealStart membership (that is the free level – those are all of the videos I had released on youtube up until December 2013 & now include monthly free HIIT workouts) However, if you decide to join RealResults (all of my NEW kickboxing, step, cycling & strength workouts), those EMG videos are included as bonus videos, along with the regularly scheduled weekly workouts.
