I’ve been randomly scoping out the tidbit videos. I will defo try the shoelace one. As far as push ups go, I thought, as you mentioned, that I had to build up my chest muscles so I did presses, flies, bench presses and tried my first push up. I almost parted with some teeth as I had a pseudo face plant. So thanks for this. I will try all of the suggestions….without a mouth guard…lol
