One of our RealResults members (Join here: https://blog.realfit.tv/join/), Michelle Ingram, was curious about what my food choices are for a typical day. Although the food I eat is typical (for the season of winter, 2014), each day of my weekly schedule is a bit different. I don't have a steady time for much of anything… other than working out in the evening (except weekends). A warning - this video is kinda long, but it's because either I explain a recipe or explain why I combine the foods that I do, or the timing of my meals. So, yes, it's about the food, but it's also about the "why" which is just as important.
