It's snow-time around these parts of New Jersey and although I haven't been skiing in years (last time was a 7-day trip to Steamboat Springs, CO in 2007) I am inspired to bring the skiing indoors. Grab your step for these winter sport agility drills... just the bench top... & an interval timer set for 30/10 x 10 rounds - you can repeat if you are feeling up to the challenge. I present these as 5 drills with the right lead & 5 drills with the left lead.
