I just announced our big studio move last week & as part of the tour, you got to see behind the scenes of the camera…. what the rest of the studio looks like from the front door with some of the details in how & why I created what I did. Behind the scenes, you see my husband's desk in shambles, banquet chairs piled high… it reminded me of a very important concept to consider if you find yourself comparing your life, career, body, etc with someone else. Especially someone on TV, on stage, on video. Everyone has their struggles. So don't compare your back stage to someone else's front stage. Oh, & I wore a special shirt for you. It was part of my secret in how I built my gym. 😉
